We accept returns within 20 days of delivery, provided the trainers are unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.

All Stepdigo products are made to order and fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner, Printify. Depending on your location and product availability, your order may ship from the United States, the United Kingdom, or other international facilities.
