1. Orders
Q: How long does it take to process my order?
A: All orders are processed and verified within 1 to 3 business days before being shipped. Additional time may be required during promotional periods and holidays. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Q: Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
A: As production begins immediately after your order is placed, we are unable to accept cancellation or modification requests once an order has been confirmed. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.
Q: What happens if my order cannot be fulfilled?
A: If an item becomes unavailable or cannot be produced by our fulfilment partner, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund to your original payment method. You will be notified by email.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Q: Where do you ship from?
A: All products are fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner, Printify, using a network of production facilities across the United States, the United Kingdom, and other international locations depending on product availability and your shipping destination.
Q: What are your delivery times?

United States: 4–8 business days (Economy) or 2–5 business days (Standard)

United Kingdom & other international destinations: 10–30 business days
Please note: delivery times are estimates and exclude order processing.
Q: Which couriers do you use?
A: We use reliable carriers such as USPS, Royal Mail, DHL, or local postal services depending on your delivery location.
Q: Can you deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses?
A: Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
3. Returns & Refunds
Q: Can I return an item?
A: As each product is made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection or buyer’s remorse.
Q: What if my item is damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect?
A: Please email contact@stepdigo.com within 20 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue and clear photos showing the problem. Our customer care team will review and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Q: Do I need to send the item back?
A: Only if we ask you to. If a return is required, we will provide the return address and instructions. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
