All Stepdigo products are made to order and fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner, Printify. Depending on your location and product availability, your order may ship from the United States, the United Kingdom, or other international facilities.
Delivery times are estimates and exclude the 1–3 day processing period.
Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer’s remorse.
We will gladly replace or refund any item that arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.

In most cases, we may not require a physical return. If a return is necessary, we will provide the return address and instructions. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Once your return (if required) has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
